Collective Company is a ministry focused on three main pillars: 1. Influencing the next generation (targeting teenagers and young people) with the gospel 2. Empowering community leaders like coaches, administrators, teachers, and parents by providing resources and support 3. Uniting local communities through service projects and events The organization aims to break down traditional church barriers and reach young people through authentic, creative approaches like music, dance, and personal storytelling. They currently operate primarily in Kansas City but have plans to expand to other states.
