Business Prayer is Fun!
Its incredible to see the many different people that attend God’s Relay Race prayer meetings. There is such and assortment of different business leaders, ministers, missionaries that join together praying for God to use the market place in Kansas City for His Glory.

Prayer Highlights
Big Canoe A few of the prayer members brought up rivers and it was mentioned that The Missouri River used to be called the Big Canoe by local Indians.
Scott brought up Psalms 46:4
There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High.
” The stream, the streams of commerce, the streams of education, the streams of family, all these streams come together into a river that makes glad the City of God” – Scott
Public Reading of Scripture
Psalms 11:10 – 11
When the righteous prosper, the city rejoices; when the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy. Through the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, but by the mouth of the wicked it is destroyed.
1st Timothy 4:13
Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching.
In this prayer meeting through these verses and other comments and prayers it was made more apparent that it will require the Church, the righteous to act in order for change to take place.
We are Authorized
We have the opportunity and we are authorized to make a declaration for Kansas City
So that means we carry the kingdom with us, the culture of the kingdom of God, the character of Christ, everyplace we go, and as I like to say every conversation, every situation, every organization” – Scott
